About the Music & Comedy Festival in Marlborough

Marlborough Musedy Festival is the evolutions of Marlborough Music Fest with the welcome addition of the funniest comedy stage this side of the River Severn. Bringing you the very best in local music and comedy this year’s festival is set to be the biggest and best around.

In its third year, the revamped Marlborough Musedy Festival was founded in 2008 by the committee of Marlborough Town Football Club to allow the fantastic local music scene to showcase their talents, and to raise some funds for the football teams and selected local charities.

And we are pleased to say it worked! Last year saw nearly 1000 people descend on the club grounds at Elcot Lane Marlborough to revel in the merriment of the occasion, with fantastic appearances from Bo Bruce (first seen on Channel 4’s Orange Unsigned Act), Ten Pound Suit, The Dacoits, Theo Altieri and The Alfonz (to name just a few of the truly amazing line-up) the somewhat ‘wet’ festival shone out in what would otherwise have been a truly dull day – but hey, what is a festival without a little mud!!

This year we have pulled out all the stops the one day festival is jam packed, bursting at the seams with the greatest most amazing acts from the regional music and comedy world but it doesn’t stop there! Priding ourselves on being the best family festival around we have filled the day with fun for everyone and the best food around from local company pristine cuisine.
